Hotel Location
The Thistle Heathrow is literally next door to London Heathrow Terminal 5.
The Thistle Heathrow is more than just an airport hotel. With 264 bedrooms including 37 newly refurbished executive rooms, 2 deluxe King Size bedrooms, and conveniently located on the A4, close to the M25, it makes an ideal base for visits to nearby Windsor Castle, Kew Gardens, and even Wembley Stadium.
Because it’s so close to central London, the Thistle Heathrow is a perfect venue for business meetings and other events. It has on-site parking (600 spaces) and airport Hoppa buses, available at a modest charge (£4.00 each way), which can take you to both the Airport and the London Underground (Piccadilly line).
Thistle London Heathrow has one restaurant and two bars, guests can also enjoy their food and drinks at First Edition Restaurant Terrace overlooking Terminal 5.
Guests can use the gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room facilities at the Spring Health Club located opposite the hotel at a special rate of £7.50 per person per day. Spring Health club also have an onsite hairdresser and beauty facilities available.
For your convenience BT Openzone Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel from bedrooms to meeting rooms. Vouchers are available to purchase from Reception in increments of one hour, 24 hours or 30 day.

Road
From the west M4. At junction 5 (A40/ B470) leave the motorway and at the roundabout take the third exit A4, signposted Colnbrook. Travel along the A4 and follow signs for Heathrow and Hounslow. At traffic signals turn right, signposted M25, Heathrow Airport and Staines. After approximately 300 metres, at the next roundabout take the first exit onto the Old Bath road. Travel through Longford village and the hotel will be 250 metres on the right-hand side.
From London M4. A the M4, junction 4, take the 1st exit which is signposted Heathrow Terminals 1,2 and 3. At the next roundabout with the Concorde take the second exit signposted Terminal 4. After approximately 30 metres, take the first exit off the roundabout signposted exit Slough A4. At the traffic lights, turn left onto the A4, signposted Staines. Travel along Bath Road and just before McDonalds and the Total petrol station turn left onto Old Bath road. The hotel is located 100 metres on the left-hand side.
From M40, M25 Junction 15. At the M40 junction 1A joining the M25 follow signs for Heathrow. Stay on the M25 to junction 15 and join the M4 heading towards Heathrow and London. At junction 4 of the M4 take the third exit right, following signs for Terminals 1,2 and 3. At the next roundabout with the Concorde take the second exit signposted Terminal 4. After approximately 30 metres, take the first exit off the roundabout signposted exit Slough A4. At the traffic lights, turn left onto the A4, signposted Staines. Rail and Air
Take the Heathrow Express from Paddington Railway Station, or the Piccadilly underground line, to Heathrow Airport.
From Heathrow Terminal 1, 2, 3 catch Hoppa Bus - H4 and from Terminal 5 catch H51 which will take you to the Thistle London Heathrow Hotel.
From Terminal 4 take the Heathrow Express to Terminal, 1,2,3,5 and then catch the Hoppa Bus as mentioned above.
+++ UPDATE +++
There is now a FREE bus service – number 423 – that runs regularly from Heathrow Terminal 5 to Bath Road and right outside the Thistle London Heathrow Hotel - simply ask the driver to point out when you’ve arrived. Timetable at:

A taxi ride from Terminal 5 to the Thistle Hotel costs around £12.00 – despite it being right at the back of T5, the taxis have to go right down one end of the airport and then right back to be able to get to the hotel!
